There is an on-call therapist available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the event of a crisis, call the office staff immediately. They will then the assigned therapist or the on-call therapist.

If the client requires inpatient care, they will be directed to Richard Young Hospital or an appropriate hospital. During after hours, the answering service is utilized to forward emergency calls.
